About Us
Hear Every Moment of your Lifetime!
Lifetime Hearing Services is the Blue Water Area's premier destination for audiological care. As a locally owned and operated practice, we are driven to make a difference in our community by helping people to live their best lives through better hearing.
Our Story
Lifetime Hearing Services was founded in September 1996 by Pamela Beier, M.A.CCC-A, and was purchased by Jenny Dossin, AuD in December of 2018. For nearly three decades, LHS has helped people with hearing loss to reconnect to the world around them. LHS is the only private audiology practice in St. Clair County locally owned and operated, and as such we are committed to providing an exceptional experience to our friends and neighbors. We strive to provide the highest level of audiological care possible in a caring and compassionate environment.
Meet The Team
Gwen Ingles
Office Manager

Gwen joins us with a customer service background and an account-clerk degree from St. Clair County Community College. Her day consists of a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, hearing aid care, insurance billing, and managing the office. Gwen has a cheerful disposition and enjoys meeting patient’s needs.

Due to a personal experience with hearing loss, Gwen is able to relate to the frustrations and disruptions of hearing loss in daily life. This experience has driven her desire to help others with similar challenges.

Gwen and her husband George reside in Clyde Township. They have two sons, Paul (Taylor), and Luke. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, hiking, and serving others.

Jenny Dossin, AuD
Doctor of Audiology
Jenny graduated with honors from Central Michigan University in 2001, with her bachelor's in Communication Disorders. She then went on to complete her Master's degree at Michigan State University and finished her education with a Doctorate through the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in 2006. Jenny has spent the last decade working for some of the world's leading hearing aid manufacturers. She has worked with numerous hearing care professionals and has helped hundreds of people on their journey to better hearing.
Jenny's passion for helping people to hear better stems from her own hearing loss. Jenny sees her hearing loss as a blessing, which led her to a career in audiology.

Jenny resides in Port Huron Twp with her husband, two little boys, and one little dog.
Darlene Rome
Patient Care Coordinator

Darlene has been with Lifetime Hearing Services since 2017. Darlene has worked in the medical field for most of her career and was the Office Manager at LHS until the fall of 2019 when she "retired". Luckily Darlene missed seeing all of the friendly faces at LHS and we are so grateful to have her back with us one day a week.
Darlene brings with her a wealth of knowledge on hearing loss and hearing aids and she is always eager to assist anyone who comes through our doors.

Darlene lives with her husband in Marysville, where they are well rooted in the community. She enjoys baking delicious treats, crafting, and spending time with her beautiful family.
